Full Day Trip: Explore more wild and preserved landscapes! Our routes will take you through islands and sandbanks for a complete immersion in the vastness of the river. Opt for “Discovery – 20km”, a 3h to 8h trip, with two departures at 9:30 am or 11 am, to make the most of your day and add as many breaks as you wish; choose the 9:30 am departure!

Tips and practical information for your kayaking trip

When to go? From May to September, when temperatures are pleasant and the water level is ideal, it’s the best time to go canoeing or kayaking on the Loire.
What equipment to prepare? To have a successful canoe trip, it is important to prepare the appropriate equipment:
Weather-appropriate clothing (shorts, fleece, hat, windbreaker, etc.).
Sunscreen and sunglasses.
A large water bottle, around 1.5L per person.
A picnic, although there are riverside eateries along the way ;-).
We provide a watertight barrel to protect your belongings.
